Hey there. I've been into game making since about 2008, but it wasn't until 2014 I was able to complete my first ever game! The game was started and finished in a single week for a contest. In one week I was able to do what I struggled with for 6 years. 6 WHOLE YEARS. HILARIOUS ISN'T IT.

is it posssible to 'fix' someone else's game?
Man, I thought this was going to be controversial topic about how improving someone else’s game with your own enhancements in your image, effectively means it’s no longer the original creator’s vision. Therefore it would be impossible to “fix” someone else’s game because it no longer would be theirs.
But, erm... no, it wasn’t haha. Can you go into a bit more depth about exactly where it is, or perhaps upload your save so we can see it first hand?

No matter how hard I try, I cannot subscribe to this game. I've logged on and off, and tried it in multiple browsers - nothing works. I can subscribe to any other games without issue. It's so weird! Has anyone else had this problem?
I keep trying, but I give up. I have found a couple of other games I can't subscribe to now as well. I feel like I would have been subscribed to this (and the others I've tried) at some point. I've doubled checked and I don't get notifications and it's not in my list. My guess is somehow my subscription was removed but the site thinks I am? I'll have to message Kentona or Ankylo.
If anyone has sent me a namechange request and I read it but didn't respond it means I forgot so just bug me again about it
I actually asked WIP to change my username years ago. He responded with "Not until you pick a better one". True story.

Nice shot! Does the quicksand animate, in addition to scrolling?
Unfortunately not. There are plenty of things I'm trying to "let go off" otherwise I spend my days obsessing over tiny details haha. Maybe if something comes up that requires no artistic talent I will consider it!

If I knew how to do those GIF screenshots that everyone else seems to be able to do, you'd see it in action. That seems too difficult for me though, I guess I'll just have to finish the game and release it!

Do you mean "Equip" as in train and level up, or like Romancing SaGa "Equip" where there are over a hundred skills and you have eight available slots?
No, no. Think simple, MUCH more simple! Each character has eight skills for battle (the list on the left) and they are all view able from level 1 but require AP to be equipped (the number in the box next to the skill name). 1 AP is gained per level. If the right combination of skills are equipped at the same time, you also gain a compound skill (the list on the right). Originally I had it so you spend AP to unlock the skill permanently, but I decided it would be more fun to give the player flexibility so they can change skills on the fly, and every time they level up and gain more AP, more possibilities become available.
I've slightly updated the screenshot as it may bring more clarity, but if you have any ideas on how the information could be displayed differently (or improved) I'd love to know.
